There are so many insects in the rooms of this hotel that we could not sleep at night. Had to change the room twice. The bathrooms and rooms are very bad and some rooms do not even have cupboards. There are many other hotels in this area which are better than this Service: 1

Extremely Disappointed with Swagath Grand Nagole – Terrible Service and No Accountability I had a horrible experience ordering from Swagath Grand Nagole. I was starving and placed an order for chicken biryani, expecting timely delivery. But due to their careless handling, the order was handed over to the wrong delivery person. When I contacted the restaurant, the staff were not only rude and unhelpful, but they also refused to take any responsibility for the mistake. Instead of fixing the issue, they casually told me to cancel the order and follow up with customer care. Absolutely no ownership, no apology – just a careless and dismissive attitude. This level of service is unacceptable from any restaurant, especially one that claims to be reputable. I will never order from Swagath Grand again and do not recommend anyone else to trust them with your time, money, or hunger. Unprofessional, careless, and customer service at its worst. Giving 1 rating is also worthless for this restaurant SOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTING Service: 1
