The experience was really great..the entire team right from the reception to the room service staff was really good in what they do.....They will make you feel comfortable and at home. Their services are worth appreciating. The housekeeping and restaurant staff are all very polite and greet you with a smile and are always up to help you at any time, especially Mr.Rajkumar and Ms. Bhanu really made my stay very comfortable with their help. For me everytime I or my family visit Hyderabad, Hotel Kinara Grand is the answer Quality is good but prices are high, I have visited friends to this hotel and had some non veg cuisine. The prices are high when compared to the local hotels nearby and that is ok they have white range of non veg items Thanks for providing all the support towards us and for sure will visit again. Keep doing your great work to make the guest happy. Food are too good and our family enjoyed although I was not the part of this group tour.
