Report incorrect information
Today I place an order one masala papad , 1 veg spring roll and 1 mojito . No doubt your food quality is good but today masala papad as well as spring roll is not good. Taste is not good as well oil smell is coming in veg rolls and inside filling is not fresh. Apart from that I paid full amount becz no one come for listen customer complaint. When I talk to your Manager in ground floor I don’t know his name but he is not interested to listen my complaint just say mam leave it I have a call. This type behavior and food swagath is giving I can’t think about it if I will not apologise from this manger and action then I I’ll put my complaint in food consumer court as well as Fssai department I put my complaint. With in 2days I need resolution after that I I’ll take an action.
We trust swagath they take a serious action against food quality and manager also. We are waiting positive reply.
