Zomato, you expect us to be polite. Well, if staff at restaurant is not polite then don’t expect reviewers to be like that way. Anyways, my unbiased review for this restaurant is as follows: Ambience: Very Good. Facilities like Handwash and Rest Room were decent and clean with good supply of tissue paper. Now, that’s all I can say decent about this restaurant. I got really offended when I just wanted to check with the waiter that he understood my request of providing clean and fresh glasses for drinking water. And, he replied to me rudely that he has heard it and wait for some time. Now, my only concern here was he could have said the same thing in better tone. Of course, he was not doing favour on me by addressing my request. Now comes the food taste and quality. Well, I have concerns on that as well. We ordered one Paneer dish (North Indian) - it was average as well as South Indian combo meal. With South Indian meal, the salad was stale!!! Yes, you read it right, it was stale. Except rice, sambar, papadam and pickle all other items were not up to the mark/stale/bad taste. I thought rather than having this meal at Swad, I could have enjoyed it better with A2B. Regret of visiting this place for my lunch today.

The worst place its better to go someplace less fancier so that the atleast the food would be hygienic and eatable and also the staff dont inform u correctly about ur food .

polite place, ambiance is good but they give more preferences to the room customers over there rather than the other outer customers... food ia good
