I stayed in suvi palace, it was an absolute trashy experience. The staff were very rude,so arrogant they didn't even want to pick up our luggage, at the start the room was so dirty and smelly we had to get it cleaned again and had to wait for hours. I was baffled by the staff and I hated it l. The arrogance in the staff was too much to be Frank. Now onto the review for food Their food service was also terrible they didn't have tea packets and when we asked for the tea packets here are the exact lines they said "sir abhi nahi hai khtam hogaya hai" when we questioned they " jaake laana padega" in a rude tone the food service was absolutely terrible. Now the room review The mattress we recieve was torn, the tv didn't have any channels the channels were mostly free and the paid channels weren't working, the room was dirty infact VERY dirty and smelly. And also there was only one staff at night. And they said I am the only one here. TLDR: room service was bad. mattress torn. Dirty room very smelly and stinky. rude staff. terrible food service. VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE. PERIOD
