We stayed at Susham Beach Resort recently and wanted to share an honest review for future guests. The resort has a beautiful beach-facing location, right near Wayari Beach — the views and atmosphere are lovely. • Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room at all — despite being advertised as available. • Service was disappointing. We were delayed returning from an outing due to traffic, and the staff were hesitant to serve the food we had ordered. Their response felt curt and unfriendly, as if we were an inconvenience. • Cleanliness was lacking in several areas of the room and bathroom. • The toilet flush was not functioning properly. • Geyser/water heater wasn’t reliable — sometimes it wouldn’t work well. • Food portions were very small and not worth the price. • Staff attitude/hospitality felt poor overall — including an incident where our driver asked for a blanket and was met with a closed door and unfriendly looks. • We also felt some pressure about booking water activities through their preferred contacts.

Stayed at Susham Resort and it was a complete waste of money. The bathrooms were so bad I can’t even attach photos—absolutely unhygienic. The AC barely worked, and the staff carried a rude, dismissive attitude the entire time. Zero professionalism, zero basic maintenance. One of the worst resort experiences I’ve had. Not recommended.

The rooms where absolutely not clean, they force us to book AC rooms but the AC was not working, washrooms where not clean and when we told them to clean their reply was washrooms are like this only, The resort owner and staff was very rude and mannerless. Even the area in front of the stay stinks and smells. There were mosquitoes and nothing was provided for relif from mosquitoes. So I would request to not book any rooms here instead beside this stay there is Sea rock wooden cottages resort which is best stay at same price and the owner and staff is very humble and helpful. So we recommend you to book at sea rock wooden cottage.
