The chef at Susegad Anjuna cooks tasty chilli chicken, chicken steaks and omelettes. Come here for perfectly cooked cupcakes if you are hungry. It's a must to taste good tea when visiting this place.

This place is a gem! They serve amazing Goan specials like chicken cutlet and beef burgers. The roasted beef burger is my absolute favourite, and the beef rib soup is a must-try. Their Ross omelette is really good too. Prices are very reasonable, and the owner and staff are extremely kind and humble. This has become our go-to spot. If you’re around Anjuna, definitely check it out.. you’ll love it.

While my friends and I had a good experience with the food they serve, here’s why you should avoid this van altogether. I had a horribly scarring experience when one of the brothers who run the van, randomly came by where we were sitting and eating and squeezed my right bicep. It was a boundary crossed, that went without an apology both times we called it out, not just to him but to the other guy too who runs the van. The food might be great, but if this is how the men behave with women visiting the city and the van - it’s pathetic and reeks of how men think they can get away with touching a woman, inappropriately, without consent and having the gall to pretend like nothing happened. It was a shocking instance that left me shaken. My advice: steer clear of the van. If you’re a woman, please avoid any conversation with the brothers altogether and if they misbehave, do report them to local authorities. They might be serving great food, but they are lacking in basics on how to not be a jerk. Here’s a picture of the person who misbehaved with me. His brother/cousin/however they are related - merely shrugged when we mentioned and raised this incident. Thanks for ruining my sense of safety and personal space while I was on a vacation. Just what women need! More men ruining spaces for us.

A must-visit spot for authentic local Goan food! Susegad Anjuna Food Truck offers a great variety of dishes — we tried many, and each one was absolutely delicious. The Beef Soup was especially flavorful and stood out. Tasty food at a good price, with a chill vibe. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in Anjuna!
