Due to my terrible experience, I am writing this review. At this hotel, I ordered 1 boli, 1 thayir vada, 1 vada, 1 tea, and 1 coffee. The billing lady overbilled and insisted that vada must be bought only as 2 pieces, saying it is “mandatory.” I initially didn’t argue. While waiting at the vada counter, I noticed a senior citizen facing the same issue. He ordered 2 vada and 1 milagai bajji, but again the billing lady forced extra items. The senior citizen questioned why extra items were added when he didn’t want them. Frustrated, he said “keep the money” and left. The young guy at the vada counter was the only person who cared about customers. He returned the extra money to the senior citizen and handled the situation politely. I really appreciate him — 5 stars for that young staff member alone . Another issue: I handed over my tea and coffee tokens to the master. He gave only the tea and passed my coffee to another customer. This is a self-service counter, and I was standing right there in the queue. Instead of calling me, he ignored me completely and behaved as if I was a server, not a customer. Only after I shouted did he give me the coffee. His behavior was the worst — unfocused and careless. Coming to the food quality: • Thayir vada – not good in taste • Boli – served cold, not hot • Vada – taste was okay, but since I was forced and overbilled, I refused to eat it • Tea & coffee – (tasted good, but the poor treatment of customers ruined the experience, and we couldn’t enjoy them peacefully.) The billing lady’s attitude was the worst part — forcefully adding extra vada and saying “plate must be two.” Customers should be allowed to order as per their wish, not the shop’s convenience. This shop was decent 2 years ago, and I used to visit frequently. But today’s experience was completely disappointing. I will never visit this shop again with my spouse, friends, or family. Earlier, we used to stop here during road trips, but from now on we will prefer other restaurants, where service is relaxed and customer-friendly. Only positive: the young guy at the vada counter genuine customer care and respect for people. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

"Delicious South Indian Food & Great Service!" I visited Hotel Sree SabareeS recently and was really impressed with the quality of the food. The taste was authentic South Indian — especially the dosa, pongal, and sambar which were simply delicious. Everything tasted fresh and was served hot. The restaurant was clean and hygienic, and the service was fast and friendly. The staff were courteous and made sure we were comfortable. Prices were also reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. If you’re looking for a satisfying South Indian meal, Hotel Sree SabareeS is definitely worth trying. Highly recommended for families and food lovers! — A Happy Customer.
