Susagade is enroute to the vagator Beach from calangute. It is a nondescript place which has a shed and a adhoc Hall functioning as a restaurant and bar. Do not go by looks, the food served can put any fine dine restaurant to shame in terms of the taste and quality.
The fish thali needs to be eaten to be believed. The fish was absolutely fresh and cooked to melt in the mouth kind of perfection. The the rotis (yes it is multicuisine) though not from the tandoor, was as good as from a tandoor.
The place is a lunch spot for the goa tourism organised tours and is generally full, but the service is fast. The place is clean and rates of the dishes do not pinch. Though it is a restaurant cum bar, the bar was under subscribed and appeared to be patronised only by the regulars.
