As a whole, the experience is 3.5. Why ? You are greeted with a nice staff in the reception. They show your room, mine was S2 which was in the last and in a sense I was happy because there is no one to disturb. After you check in the first glance is good but as minutes pass by you notice the front room AC doesn't work, the fridge cools little late, the faucet in the bathroom doesn't work. The location is good you get a nice Sea view from the room, but the rooms and the furniture and fixtures need to be fixed. Best of all is the service from the chef. Take his number from the staff and call him and order the food you like. Heard all the renovation happening in APTDC resorts. I wish my AP shines again with tourism. ( All the servers and staff are very nice except one who is rude , he thinks he owns the resort as he is working from 11 years and has the keys for all the fridges.Dont argue with him because he makes no sense.
