The only thing that disappoints when you visit Surya Bakers is the downscale staff. As many reviewers say, customers may feel surpised with the unprofessional service here. In accordance with the guests' opinions, atmosphere is appalling here. Google users rated this place and it didn't get a high rating.

We ordered both cake and pastries from Srikot branch. The cake was fine but the pastries were not up to the mark. Customer service was horrible. The staff showed no respect and displayed zero work ethic. The delivery was delayed despite the promised time. On complaining, the staff was not apologetic at all and talked rudely. Surya Bakers is famoused top Baker in srinagar.. Now they r shifted to there new shop in same market.
