This is a franchise store, but neither the staff nor the manager seems interested in providing good service. This was my third visit to give it a try, but every time I ended up wasting my time. If you really love Surve’s non-veg restaurants, I would suggest going to the Viman Nagar branch nearby instead – it’s a much better experience. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bad experience food had no salt. Ordered roast chicken but it had no salt and no taste. We asked them for chutney so we can swallow it but the chutney didn't came till we ordered the bill. The rice took 40 mins. They didn't even give the bill we paid the bill on the counter. Bad experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
