I had ordered a chocolate birthday cake and chicken cutlets from this place. The chocolate cake was exceptionally rich and moist, with a deep, decadent chocolate flavor. It was clear that high-quality chocolate was used. The texture was perfect, and it was clear that the chef has a very high level of skill. The chicken cutlets where very well seasoned and had a very good crispy texture. They were very enjoyable. It's evident that Suri by Severina prioritizes quality, and I understand why they have such a strong reputation. I would highly recommend this bakery to anyone looking for delicious baked goods and savoury treats in Vasco.
