From the moment I arrived, the Surf Wala team made me feel completely at home. The staff weren’t just helpful—they made the entire experience. Their genuine hospitality turned what could have been just another trip into a much more meaningful experience. As a solo female traveler, I also felt very safe during my stay. The surf lessons with Ava were amazing! Her extensive knowledge and practical tips helped me gain confidence in skills both in and out of the water. I highly recommend her, particularly for any women looking for an instructor who can identify with the challenges of being a woman learning to surf. The rest of the staff were absolutely amazing as well, whether they were giving me tips of the best local foods, skating around the bar with me, or just keeping me company. If you’re looking for more than just a beach vacation, if you want warmth, connection, and a team that truly elevates your journey, Surf Wala is the place. Goa is beautiful, but the people here made it memorable! Until next time! Service: 5

I went surfing in Arambol, Goa a week ago with Surfwala, and it was the highlight of my entire trip. The experience was hosted by the wonderful Jonathan and Neha, who were warm, professional, and made everything feel smooth and welcoming from the start. As a first-time surfer, I felt completely at ease thanks to the incredible instructors - Finn, Olec, Tara, and Joe. They were patient, supportive, and made the sessions both fun and safe. Their passion for surfing was infectious and made learning such a joy. The beach at Arambol was the perfect setting; beautiful, uncrowded and ideal for beginners. The sessions were well-structured, and the cost was absolutely justified for the quality of instruction and the overall experience.I’d highly recommend getting your pictures taken - it's a one-time thing, and those memories are worth capturing! This experience alone is reason enough to visit Goa! Looking at my calendar for the next visit :)

Great place to be! Wonderful people and have a structured approach to the training! Very supportive and polite in their approach. They make sure that non swimmers are also safe. On asking they also deputed an extra person to ensure safety. The beach is shallow and a great place for beginners to learn.
