Ultimate soul soothing ambience with perfect blend of taste for buds. Service needs li'l bit improvent, otherwise excellent place for dine out. Keep it up!

I visited this on 8th may 2016. The ambiance was splendid and that added to our high expectations. The brand name 'Sanjeev Kapoor' and 'Yellow Chilli' added to the false perception of this place being promising. But I was highly disappointed with the service. We had to ask the waiters to take our orders thrice. We had to wait for a long time until we had our orders placed and for even longer for to have our meal. I had ordered Arabiata Fusili pasta. The thing tasted fermented and it only had 2 black olives and barely a pepper or two. It not just tasted bad but the quantity was meagre. There was chaos everywhere. Also, our soup got switched with that of other customer's. Talk about service! The restrooms add on to the disappointment. Yellow Chilli is one of my favorite restaurants in the city but Suravie has a long way to go.

I was here for the last weekend, to say the least...owners have just spent money on buying this property and didn't bother to look whether it's doing atleast the basic minimum job also!!...I mean heights!!...food is pathetic...the waiters will oggle at you....cant you guys afford good staff or wat??...the staff is too unpolished and rough for a place that has this kind of ambience...Ur staff is making the service worse than a dhaba also...in fact dhaba has better response time atleast.... highly avoidable plce
