I recently visited Sunrise Bakers and had a disappointing experience. There are multiple people attending to customers at the counter, but some of them are very rude and arrogant, lacking even a little politeness. The bakery staff often talk with each other instead of attending to customers. If you ask for one product and then request another, the staff might respond with, “Tell me everything you want at once, I don’t have time”. On multiple occasions, I observed that they do calculations orally. When I checked the calculations on a calculator, I found that they were charging more than the actual price. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff simply said, “I made a mistake,” without any apology. This has happened many times. One morning, I went to buy milk and the attendee was sweeping the road. He immediately came to ask what I wanted. I told him he should wash his hands first, but he replied, “I am giving you a packed product, so what is the need to wash my hands?” This shows how poorly they maintain their hygiene. Ice-cream cups were dirty, I asked for 1flavour he gave me another one by saying all are good it means what you have to eat they will decide. Finally, I have decided not to buy any products (which are average) from Sunrise Bakery. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
