I had ordered a Poori Plate with the expectation that it would include sabzi or chutney, as is standard. However, only three pooris were delivered without any accompaniments. Additionally, the Zomato app displayed an image showing two samosas with chutney, but I received only one samosa and no chutney. This is misleading and unacceptable, and it creates confusion for the customer. Such discrepancies amount to misrepresentation and are unfair to customers. Hotel receptionist was giving misleading answers to our query. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND NOT ACCEPTABLE. Even though it was a bit spicy though I had asked for no chillies, I guess it might not have been possible since it is pre cooked.. anyway since the quality was so good, I'm giving them 5 stars. Also importantly the price was very reasonable without compromising on the quality. Kudos to Surabhi Cafe!
