We stopped by this place for lunch with my friend quite late, around 4 pm, on our way back from work. We ordered the chicken manchow soup, which turned out to be good. Next, we went for the tangdi chicken half portion, and it took about 20 minutes to get served - it was delicious, and we were served 2 pieces. After that, we ordered a tandoori half portion, which wasn't quite as quoted or as we expected; it was good and had some juiciness to it, but to our surprise, we were served 4 small pieces. Parking-wise, there's free street parking available, though it's limited. The washroom was well maintained, contributing to a certain level of comfort. The ambience is nice but feels old-style; it could do with some modernisation. One decorative touch is an aquarium with hungry-looking fishes in it. One thing that struck me as a bit unusual is that when we go to restaurants, we often pick up on some kind of aroma or fragrance, but here I didn't notice any particular scent - it was fairly neutral in that regard. Overall, it was a decent visit, with some positives like the food and certain aspects of the setup, alongside some aspects that could see improvement.
