Surabhi Grand Multi Cuisine Restaurant in Mancherial is an excellent family restaurant that can accommodate up to 50 persons or 15 families at a time. They offer all types of food that you would find in a big restaurant, but at a reasonable price. The interior is beautiful and the lighting is pleasant, however, the service can be quite slow and the staff can be quite arrogant. The food served is of good quality, but the wrong items were serviced and it took more than an hour for them to service our order. The food was cold and there have been reports of stored food being found on food inspector rides. The restaurant also has separate cabins and plenty of parking space. Although the food is delicious and the atmosphere is homely, some customers have complained about the high cost and low quantity of rice in the jumbo biryani parcel. All in all, Surabhi Grand Multi Cuisine Restaurant is a great place for family dining, however, it is recommended to avoid peak hours from 1 pm to 2 pm and to double check the orders before leaving.
