We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waiter literally threw the menu on our table and did not even bother to take our order properly. We had ordered three items, including ice cream, which he was supposed to serve but even after calling out multiple times, he ignored us and avoided his responsibility. To make matters worse, we found hair in the Vada Pav. We still politely requested a replacement, which was prepared on time, but the service overall was unacceptable. Even the accountant was rude, which added to the unpleasant experience. We ultimately had to skip the ice cream because it became too humiliating to continue sitting there. The attitude and behavior of the staff left us feeling humiliated. We have never received such poor service before. Food: 4 Service: 1
