Food is amazing, good ambience but service is very pathetic, waiting time is too much and even after asking for bill 5 minutes before finishing, still had to wait 10 more minutes for getting the bill. Very pathetic customer service. I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Supreme Experienza. The food was absolutely delicious with great variety and quality. The staff were very courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, excellent service and hospitality – highly recommended!
