A perfect spot for evening snacking! We tried the chaat items, mini idlis, and the famous Ramasery idli all of which made for a delightful experience. The open kitchen setup is a great touch, allowing you to see the cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation. Parking can be a bit congested as the place is located near a supermarket, but the security staff is helpful and offers parking assistance. Overall, a great place to enjoy some tasty South Indian & North Indian snacks in a clean and welcoming environment. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Very Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype Anymore My brother and his family, along with myself, recently visited Supreme Experienza, Kollam, expecting a good dining experience based on the restaurant’s earlier reputation. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. We ordered Chilli Chicken, Noodles, Beef, and a few other items, but almost everything was poorly prepared. The food was extremely oily, lacked freshness, and tasted off. To make matters worse, all of us – including my brother’s family – experienced stomach issues after the meal. This clearly points to serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. It’s really unfortunate to see a once-respected restaurant decline so badly. The management should take immediate steps to improve both the quality and safety of the food they serve. We had once respected this place for its name and quality, but it has completely lost its standard. Two consecutive bad experiences are more than enough to say we won’t be coming back. As of now, we cannot recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not suitable for families or anyone expecting a hygienic and satisfying meal. I bought 2 meat and chicken puffs from Supreme in the morning, but I was really disappointed with the quality. Despite being purchased early, the puffs were cold inside, soggy, and didn’t taste fresh at all. It felt like they were not made recently. Definitely expected better quality from a reputed place like this. Food: 1
