Recently, we visited Shanti, the peace restaurant and ordered food like Pancake paratha. The taste of the food is quite good and the rates are not too high. You can spend 200 Rs each per person. The owner of the cafe Mahindra Singh or Happy is an interesting person you can talk to to gain information about Jaisalmer.He also speaks many languages like French English Italian Japanese. From the cafe you can view the entire city and fresh air passing from it. Highly recommended. Visit once when you are in Jaisalmer.

Not a great experience. The biryani was absolutely terrible, very soggy and without any flavour. We also ordered a vegetarian dish, but got a chicken dish.. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
