We stayed here for 2 days: 26 Aug & 27 Aug. Our experience was awesome. The location is scenic, rooms are neat & clean, and service was quick. Mr. Manish is an amazing host: very polite, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. Thanks to his suggestions, we could explore nearby areas in a better way. I have decided to stay here whenever I visit Kasauli in future. I highly recommend Sunset Vibes to all. Service: 5

I booked a room in this hotel a week ago through makemytrip but the manager refused to give us a room at the time of check-in and informed us that they have to relocate us to another property and that too will be taken care by MMT . He was very rude and not accepting his mistake. Worst experience. Ridiculous service and unprofessional staff. Service: 1
