A Glaring Letdown: Sunset Residency, Anjuna Falls Short "My recent stay at Sunset Residency in Anjuna was an unmitigated disaster. The hosts' abysmal attitude towards me was the biggest letdown - unfriendly, uncooperative, and utterly uninterested in ensuring a pleasant stay. The service was woefully inadequate, with basic requests being met with reluctance. What's more, the hosts seemed disinclined to share their local knowledge, leaving me to navigate Anjuna's hidden gems on my own. Given the property's potential, it's a shame that the hosts didn't capitalize on it. With some effort to improve their customer service and local expertise, Sunset Residency could be a gem. i recently stayed at Sunset Rooms in Anjuna during the off-season, expecting a more relaxed and peaceful experience. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a lack of support and poor attitude from the host. As a traveler new to Anjuna Beach, I was looking forward to a welcoming experience and some local guidance. However, the host's behavior was unwelcoming and unhelpful. When I asked for recommendations on local food joints, nearby attractions, and hidden gems, the host seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic. Given the off-season, I understood that the area might be quieter, but I had hoped the host would be more accommodating and helpful. Instead, I was left to fend for myself, which made the experience even more challenging. A little guidance on where to try authentic Goan cuisine, how to navigate the local market, or tips on exploring Anjuna's scenic spots during the off-season would have gone a long way. I'd advise potential guests to carefully review the property and host's responsiveness before booking, especially if they're new to Anjuna Beach and looking for a supportive environment." Service: 1

Great location overlooking the beach. Rooms are spacious, clean and all come with a balcony. The food and drink menu is varied, reasonably priced and everything is delicious. The owners Anthony and family are great hosts and go above and beyond to make everybody happy and content. The terrace is spacious with the most comfy chairs, great place to watch the sunset! Highly recommend this guest house!
