My stay at Motel Sunrise Patiala was extremely disappointing. The rooms were not good at all — poorly maintained, dirty, and far from what was shown online. The staff was unprofessional and not helpful, and every small request felt like a burden to them. The washroom was the worst part of the stay. It was dirty, smelled bad, and overall hygiene was completely lacking. There was no hot water, even after repeatedly asking the staff to fix it. The most shocking issue was that in a few of the rooms we booked, the shower was giving electric shocks when we tried to use it. This is not just bad service — it is a serious safety hazard. Overall, I would not recommend Motel Sunrise to anyone. It was unsafe, uncomfortable, and absolutely not worth the money.
