The bakery that previously maintained a strong local reputation but now faces criticism for poor management and arrogant owners since the new generation took charge. While it formerly enjoyed popularity and customer loyalty, you now feel the experience is 'pathetic,' indicating a drastic decline in quality and service. Never buying anything from here again. Very Sorry to say but the quality of the products has gone down drastically. The milk rusk I bought were smelling of purified oil. Once I ordered chocolate muffins, they were hard and tasteless, none of the kids had it, had to throw them. We used to buy so many packets of rusk and biscuits for our friends and relatives, whenever they visited or we visited them. I don't think that's gonna happen anymore, not Worth the hype. I hope they improve the quality and regain the trust of customers again.
