Suniti Sweets, Motihari Main Road - A Serious and Immediate Hygiene Alert Rating: 1/5 (Zero stars for Hygiene) I recently visited Suniti Sweets on Motihari Main Road, hoping to enjoy a simple meal of dosa. The initial experience was typical until a deeply disturbing discovery was made: I found a cockroach floating in the sambar accompanying the dosa. This is not merely a minor oversight; this incident points to a complete and alarming failure to maintain the most basic standards of cleanliness and food safety required in any establishment serving the public. Finding a pest of this nature in a cooked dish is direct evidence that the kitchen, preparation areas, and storage facilities are utterly unhygienic. It immediately destroys any confidence in the quality of the food and raises serious health concerns regarding contamination. The experience was repulsive and caused me to instantly lose my appetite. I was forced to discontinue my meal and immediately leave the premises. For a restaurant to disregard the fundamental safety of its patrons to this degree is unacceptable. I strongly urge the management of Suniti Sweets to conduct an immediate and thorough inspection of their premises and implement rigorous, non-negotiable hygiene protocols.
