I visited this hotel yesterday, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The place felt almost haunted, with poorly maintained surroundings and an uncomfortable atmosphere. Major issues I faced: Rooms were not proper or well-maintained Lighting was extremely poor Beds were uncomfortable and in bad condition Management was unprofessional Only one staff boy was present, and instead of helping, he laughed when I mentioned the hotel felt haunted It’s my humble request to the hotel owner: Please renovate the property and improve basic facilities. Currently, it’s nowhere near acceptable for guests. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would definitely choose it. For anyone visiting Rishikesh, I strongly recommend choosing hotels in the Tapovan side, where you will find much better and well-managed options.
