I visited Summer Bistro excited to try their photo-printed coffee and was initially impressed by the ambience. But the experience quickly turned disappointing due to poor service and unprofessional management. After waiting a long time for our coffee, we were abruptly told to leave our table—without any prior notice or reservation sign. We were moved to a far, dusty room with no working AC, which made it uncomfortable and suffocating, especially while having hot coffee. When I tried to speak to Mr. Robin in brown suit about the issue, he was extremely rude and dismissive—refusing to listen, avoiding eye contact, and walking away mid-conversation. As a paying customer, and especially as a woman, this behavior was unacceptable and disrespectful.
