Worst Experience Ever at Sumathy Inipagam and Restaurant This was hands down the most disappointing dining experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we entered, no one bothered to receive us or even ask what we wanted to eat. We sat ignored for 25 minutes, only to be met with the rudest attitude and complete lack of hospitality. To make matters worse, the staff insisted we eat only what was available, pushing us to eat what they wanted us to eat instead of respecting our choices. That kind of arrogance is unacceptable in any restaurant. We finally had to leave hungry and frustrated, without a single proper meal. The service was careless, the behavior was insulting, and the entire experience was a waste of time. I will never recommend Sumathy Inipagam and Restaurant to anyone. If you value respect, choice, or even basic courtesy, avoid this place completely. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today I visit sumathy for snacks break.server is suffering from cold, cough and sneezing he not even wear mask and hand gloves he use his hand for sneezing and using same hands not even wash ... directly touch food and serve to me..... I order one veg puff and one veg soup ...bill value 80 visiting date and time 11/11/25 eve 4pm I feel very disgusting very worst still feeling disgusting..... Service: 1
