Disappointing Experience: Poor Food, Worse Service, and Unacceptable Behavior My recent visit to Sulthan Burger was an utter disappointment from start to finish. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the cumulative issues with both the food quality and the deplorable service, capped off by the staff's unacceptable behavior, compel me to share my experience. First, the food quality was far below par. I ordered the Burger And French Fries, and it was virtually inedible. chicken was dry and flavorless, vegetables were overcooked and mushy, sauce was watery. It tasted as though it had been prepared hours ago and simply reheated, lacking any freshness or care. However, the service was arguably even worse than the food. We had to flag them down multiple times for basic requests like water refills and to inquire about the status of our order. There was a complete lack of professionalism and attentiveness, making us feel more like an inconvenience than valued customers. What truly soured the entire experience, and frankly, made it unacceptable, was the staff's behavior when we attempted to address our concerns. When we politely tried to explain the issues with our meal and the service to Manage we were met with defensiveness, rudeness, dismissiveness, an outright refusal to listen]. Instead of an apology or an attempt to rectify the situation, we were made to feel as though our complaints were baseless or an imposition. This level of disrespect and lack of accountability is truly shocking for any establishment in the service industry. In summary, Sulthan Burger delivered a thoroughly negative dining experience due to poor food quality, abysmal service, and, most disturbingly, completely unprofessional and rude behavior from their staff. I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment if you're looking for a pleasant meal and respectful treatment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
