You will try perfectly cooked chicken shawarma, peri peri chicken and beef. Great juice is among the most often ordered drinks at this restaurant. The cheerful staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Enjoyable service is something that guests note in their reviews. There is charming atmosphere at Sultan's Lounge. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

Today I had the worst experience in sultans lounge. My plan was to takeaway the food for noon , I ordered food at 11:30 but no one picked the call, after 3 trys one guy picked the call but he was speaking Hindi but still I ordered for a Alfam half mandhi and 4 chicken biryani. But the thing is at frst on Google the price of the mandhi was 350rs, when I talked to the guy he said the price is 380rs but still I said okey and ordered for mandhi n abt the biriyani at frst he said there will be no biriyani cz they have a big order for biriyani so there will be no left. Then he said there will be few more .so, I ordered for a half Alfam mandhi and 4 chicken biryani and told them I will be there to pick the food at 12:30 noon . Before 1 o'clock I reached at sultans lounge to pickup my food and here starts the main problem. They said there is no more biriyani and they increased the price of the mandhi by 30 more rupees and said that the price of the mandhi is 410rs . When we asked abt what they said in the call the owner start saying that the Hindi guy who took my order is new to this job so he didn't knew the price before then I said okiee whatever I took order for the half mandhi then they made us wait another 15 minutes . even though in total we gave them 1n half hrs they asked for another 15 more minutes. After the long 1hrs n 45min of waiting I got the food . I bought 4 chicken biryani from another shop near by and it was almost 2 o'clock when we reach back home. Whatever, the food was okkeyy ,the customer service was the worst the guy there was rude . I won't recommend you to go and eat food from there if you have alot of free time to waste you can go and just try the food . I ordered half shawaya. It comes with a decent size chicken. First impressions are good. The chicken was juicy rich flavour of thick chicken curry. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
