I had a very bad experience. The service was terrible, and the waiter was indecent. I complained to the hotel owner, but he didn't take my complaint seriously. His negligence shows his attitude and response to customers. The food was the average taste. I didn't recommend this hotel. #food Service: 1

Worst service in this entire area. Even after ordering what was suggested by the waiter as the one with no waiting period. The guy just ignored and delivered family customers who came lot after me. Then he came and told me that he missed my order. And i didnt mind this the first time. And then asked for a Black tea and didnt even get that one. When i tried talking to the person in the counter about the issue, that guy just decided to fully ignore and shut his mouth. The audacity to not address an issue raised by the customer!! Think before stopping by during your travel. Service: 1

Rooms were dirty, bedsheets unwashed, and the bathroom was disgusting. Food was also bad. Staff were rude and acted like they were giving the room for free. They refused UPI payment because of GST. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Don’t go here! Service: 1
