This shop is located near Basundhara around the Anandamath region. It sells Parathas now. Previously it used to be a roll center but now it sells only parathas along with ghughni. The speciality about this shop is that the owner here Sujan da prepares these parathas with as minimum oil as possible and then beats them up a little somewhat like petai para, which it is not. But still the parathas taste quite good and he uses fresh oil and other materials freshly bought too. If you ever visit Anandamath then I suggest you give this person's less oily parathas a try.
