It's a pleasant experience to order perfectly cooked chicken and good roti. The high ratings of this restaurant wouldn't be possible without the friendly staff. Fine service is something guests like here. Pay average prices for eating at Sugren Restaurant. But a number of people who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

We visited the place today, we found taste very good but the basic chicken was not at all acceptablely cooked so we couldn’t enjoy food. When we approached staff, firstly staff got angry and tried to forced us to accept the food as is. But we couldn’t eat. After lot of arguments staff again gave us the dish, but wit in cooked chicken. So of no use to visit said outlet. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered food online from zomato. Third class taste. The chicken was soooo kacha raw.. It smells raw not cooked properly. When called the owner to address the issue. He says hamare yahaan ka chicken aise hi hota hai.. Chicken is so kacha that you can't even chew.. It will take 10 mins to chew one bite.. Really wasted my 500 rs on such special chicken thali.. Pathetic. Service: Delivery
