My husband ordered for 2 focaccia breads day before yesterday. Pick up was for 5.30pm, for a get to gether we were hosting that day. Mr.soham shinde literally calls us at 5.30 pm when we travelled for over 7 kms and were outside his unit to tell us that the focaccia breads were burnt. He offered sourdough instead but nobody likes sourdough so we were left with no choice but to cancel the whole dish for our guests. Refund was initiated but a complete unprofessional attitude and behaviour we experienced. Please never order breads from here. It doesn't seem like they care or even seem to be having plan B's for such situation. We travelled back and forth almost 14 kms for nothing but a no caring attitude and a horrible customer service. We have warned our friends circle about the same and will never order anything from here.

SugarWorks co. is my favorite place to order cakes from for every occasion. Chef Soham is incredibly talented and is a magician when it comes to flavours and he just has a way in making the cakes look stunning. He is someone who believes in "Create don't imitate" and may be that's why we the people of Kolhapur get to taste a variety of brilliant unusual flavors all the time. I feel, his attention to details and the exquisite raw material he uses make the cakes taste divine. Happy to have this artist in town. Highly recommend all of SugarWorks co's baked goods.
