I had high expectations when visiting Sugar n Spice, but my experience with the Mini Sizzler was nothing short of horrible. The food quality was extremely poor – the sizzler lacked taste, freshness, and presentation. It was served lukewarm, the vegetables seemed stale, and the overall flavor was bland and unappealing. For a brand that promotes itself on quality and taste, this was a big letdown. The hygiene and preparation standards were also questionable. Definitely not worth the price or the hype. This was my first and definitely the last visit. I hope the management takes food quality seriously because experiences like this lose loyal customers forever. Very lovely restaurant. Staff was so kind and polite. And food is very delicious. i would like to go again and again.
