If you’re a true food lover and happen to be around Zakaria Street, Sufia Restaurant is an absolute must-visit. This place is a legend when it comes to authentic Mughlai flavors, and their Nihari is hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. Rich, deeply spiced, and slow-cooked to perfection the meat just melts in your mouth and pairs beautifully with their soft, fluffy tandoori rotis. I also tried their Paya, which was incredibly flavorful with a silky, gelatinous broth that speaks of hours of patient cooking. The Beef Biryani was another winner aromatic, well-balanced, and packed with tender meat. And don’t miss their Mutton Korma, a dish that bursts with bold flavors and just the right amount of spice. The Nihari is ok now a days . And best time to go is on Weekdays it is quite vacant .
