I recently tried Chilli Chicken at Sudipta's Kitchen on Khageswar Road, Tinsukia, and it was a delightful experience! The chicken was tender, perfectly cooked, and had a great balance of spices. It wasn’t too oily, and the heat level was just right. The service was warm and attentive.
