Ahmed , a member of the staff gave the wrong order and then refused to take it back. This is the second incident, last time they gave me stale donuts and refused to refund the money. Yesterday around 11.25 am, I visited the outlet. I wanted a fresh bread (my son was alongwith me, who had a medical issue, and it was noticeable). I asked the girl for fresh one and she said, all are fresh, from today's morning lot. I didn't check (my mistake) and believed her. We were in hurry as we had to travel back (90 kms away). In the evening when I opened the packet, it was completely dried, and when I checked the date, expiry was was just one day ahead. Obviously I couldn't give it to my son, I had to bring a fresh one. If you are charging 350₹ for a loaf then have some decency to reply honestly. If it was not because of medical reasons, we would have consumed it.
