Terrible customer service and staff are not aware if the offer is valid . I asked if the buy one get one free is valid and he said he'll ask his manager.He then said it'll take 15 minutes and after 10 minutes he said 30 minutes for the manager to come.I asked him to ask his manager on call and he said it's not possible? If you don't want to provide the offer don't send the SMS in the first place . At least tell your staff what offers you provide. It seems like they're lying about when the manager can arrive so you can't redeem the offer Service: Dine in Service: 1

Subway continuously sends message with offers. The team said it is 50% offer and we have started filling the sub. They took 15 minutes and said my sub is not eligible for the offer. The order was ready and cannot be cancelled. More than money, I have wasted 40 mins of time and the team is clueless and can’t handle any questions or honour the coupons that their own team is sharing. Such a worst place in the chain of subways. Please stop sending messages and scam your customers. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
