Complaint Regarding Misbehavior and Poor Service at Subway Surya Vijayawada Branch. Dear Subway Customer Support Team,. I am writing to formally bring to your attention a very disappointing and unacceptable experience that occurred at your Subway Surya Vijayawada (Surya Satya, Labbipet) branch on 16-01-2026 around 6:15. PM. Location:. Subway Surya Vijayawada, Flat #3, Surya Satya, 40-6-22/1A,. Murali Fortune Road, Revenue Colony Park, Sidhartha Nagar, Labbipet,. Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh – 520010. I have been a loyal customer of this branch for the past 8 years, and my family orders from Subway twice every week. Unfortunately, today’s experience left us extremely upset. Incident Details. When we entered the store, my daughter approached the staff member at the counter to place an order. The only staff girl present told us she was attending another customer. We tried placing the order using the. QR-scanner, but we had doubts about bread availability and cookie offers, so we approached her again. When I politely asked whether any cookie offers were available with QR orders, she replied very rudely, saying “We never give any offers, you won’t get anything.” As regular customers, this response shocked us. When we asked how long we needed to wait, she again replied rudely, saying 20 minutes. After a few minutes, I asked how only two orders were causing such a delay. At that point, a male staff member came out from inside and started arguing with us instead of helping. When I used the simple Telugu word meaning “pain” (not a bad word), he accused me of using abusive language. His tone was aggressive and disrespectful. I told him this was not the right way to behave with customers. Instead of correcting himself, he said: “I will not serve you. You can leave now.”. He then instructed the female staff member not to take our order, even though we were willing to wait. I asked for his name or employee ID, but he refused and said: “Do whatever you want. I have 8 months experience here. You can’t do anything.”. Because of this unacceptable behaviour, I recorded a short video only so that the staff member could be identified. Why I’m Writing. This is the first time in 8 years that we have faced such disrespect at Subway. Staff members behaving in such an unprofessional and aggressive manner damage Subway’s brand image, especially when dealing with regular customers. What I Request • Please identify the staff members involved. • Take appropriate disciplinary action. • Ensure that employees are trained to maintain basic courtesy and customer service standards. • Kindly confirm the receipt of this complaint and inform us of the action taken.
