Visited this outlet between 1:00 AM to 1:30 AM on 13th July and was shocked by what I witnessed. The manager was asleep on a table in the dining area, seemingly in a drunken state — completely unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. Even more concerning, two very young boys, not wearing Subway uniforms and caps, appeared to be running the counter and taking orders. This raises serious questions about safety, hygiene, and labor practices at this location. This experience was deeply unsettling, and I will not be visiting this Subway again. I urge the higher management or franchise owners to take immediate action to investigate this matter and ensure such incidents don’t happen again. Definitely recommend this place i have visited this place a multiple times, really nice place for a date and even cozy place. One staff is really good and supportive.
