This review is for an online Zomato order. I've been a Subway food lover and have tried almost all their varieties. However, I’m disappointed with this branch, as my last two orders have been highly unsatisfactory. The food has been arriving cold and soggy, as if it was taken straight from the freezer before delivery, which is unacceptable. I could easily reach out to Zomato support for a refund, but my concern is more about the quality. I trust Subway to deliver the standard we’re paying for !! Food: 1
