Lack of customer engagement, becomes difficult for 1st timers to understand how subway works. The staff mostly has no clue about their own products. If asked whats the difference between the pepperoni chicken and chicken salami, none of them had the answer. They serve cold meat even when it's been taken inside thir microwave.. you clearly need to mention them to make it more warm than usual. They tend to add less meat or veggies in the sub than usual so u need to keep an eye on them and ask them to add more because if you don't ask for more, you'll end up tasting the old hard bread only. The atmosphere isn't pleasant and you may feel like leaving the place as soon as possible. Though let me mention that over 90% of people visiting the place do take aways and not dine in. My personal favourite 2 subs are 1-Tuna & 2- Roasted chicken. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
