This was honestly one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with Subway. I had specifically ordered a Corn Cheese Pea Sandwich with toasted cheese, but what I received was completely different — plain, cold cheese slapped onto the sandwich, barely any sauce, and absolutely no effort in the preparation. The taste was bland and unbalanced, nothing like what Subway usually delivers. What made it worse was that I tried calling the outlet to raise my concern, but the number was unreachable the entire time. No alternate contact, no follow-up, nothing. It felt like the outlet is completely disconnected from the idea of customer service. It’s honestly shocking that such a big brand allows this level of carelessness at its franchise. It shows zero respect for customer expectations. If you can’t deliver the basics of an order — the right ingredients, proper toasting, and accurate customization — then what exactly are you charging the customer for? The sandwich was not just disappointing — it was pathetic, both in quality and presentation. And the lack of communication or accountability is even more frustrating. It feels like all they care about is taking the payment, not the satisfaction or feedback of the customer. Totally unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this outlet to anyone. A serious review and action need to be taken by the management. We trust brands like Subway for consistency, but this outlet is damaging that reputation badly. Food: 1
