I ordered a classic chicken craver (10cm). It was for 119rs. It was on an offer. The bread is stale and it literally had a rotten smell. I immediately called the restaurant, Subway Model colony. The staff was not all accepting the mistake and was very rude and arrogant towards me. I would like to request Zomato and Subway to take this under consideration and give me the refund of my order as I had to throw it away.
