They are always out of stock on either your choice of bread, some vegetable or a sauce. The place is understaffed with, at best, two people available to serve at any given time, despite the fact that at lunchtime there are queues of six-seven people on both the veg and non-veg counters. The air conditioning is never on and the TV is always on too loud and the staff seem more interested in watching TV than serving you if there's a cricket match being played when you visit.
They slice the vegetables by hand and cut them too thick, which ruins everything, because they are too cheap to buy a slicer, like every other Subway in the world has. Worst of all, there were flies inside the vegetable chiller the last time I visited and, as usual, they didn't have the bread I wanted, so I just walked out.
I prefer going to Kalyani Nagar to buy Subway even though the KP outlet is a five minute walk from my home because that store (in Mariplex) is so much better run and managed and has safe parking so you don't have to dash out with your food only to find your car has been clamped. Shame that place has been shut for renovation for some time now, so for now, Subway gets a rest.
I've called the store manager several times to complain about the lack of bread, but they just don't seem to care. This store should lose its Subway franchise because it ruins the Subway name.
