I ordered a tuna sub from Subway through Zomato, and to my absolute horror, there was a DEAD FLY inside the sandwich. Not near it, not on the wrapper — inside the actual sub. Thank God I checked before eating, or I would’ve ended up chewing on a fly. That’s how bad it was. This is not just gross — it’s dangerous and completely unacceptable. A global brand like Subway should be ashamed to let food like this leave their kitchen. And to make things worse, Zomato failed to take any responsibility for it. No real apology, no resolution — just silence and automated replies. Pathetic. This isn’t some minor mistake — this is a blatant health hazard. I’ve reported this and will be escalating it to food safety authorities. Never ordering from Subway again. Never using Zomato for food delivery again. If you value your health, stay away from both. Had a great time at Subway Kalkaji! Good location, lots of seating, and friendly staff. Enjoyed the tasty and healthy subs, though a tad pricey. Overall, a good experience with a variety of choices.
