Sand witches not given as per menu card and staff one lady was arrogant and others also was not responding properly. This kind of behaviour never serve the purpose of customer satisfaction. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The outlet had run out of breads, jalapeños, pickles. Yet they were taking orders without informing the customers about lack of ingredients. On complaining about lack of ingredients their store cashier Jyotsna said "its only one veggie less... what the issue.." when i said that i have paid for the full sandwich she said that she will issue refund payment for the missing veggie. on saying that I would rather cancel the order, she was more than eager to cancel it. Not even once did the store incharge apologize for this deficiency. The store cashiers name was jyotsna. I want to know if this Subways policy in case they run out of ingredients across the world or is it specific to India?
